Hi my name is Margo I'm Polish . I lived abroad for nearly a 13 years ,first a Olbia (Sardinia) then Walsall (England).Cooking has always been my passion and I'll take you to Sardinian cuisine and much more.I will tell you some interesting stories and what I learned for six years on the Sarynia. I came to Sardena when I was 18 years old in 2006. I remember was very hot , and I was excited and scared. I did  speak Italian and my English was very weak. I started looking for a job and found it. I had a lot of them. I started working in the bar as waitress for a low rate of 400 euros a month.I'd always looked  work with insurance , it was so hard to find.I was studying fast.I  learn all the language in two years I learned Italian, speech, writing and reading. At the same time I also met sardine kitchens. First dish is was lasagna may not typically Sardine but Italian. And now I present you.
