Is there someone who does not like pancakes? I doubt it. This simple dish can be cooked in a thousand ways - sweet or salty. There will always be a version that will suit everyone.
In Italy I worked at a pancake maker and always had a tasty scent. It was from that I learned to make creps for the sweet and slony .Never earlier I did not have the idea about the creps. True, the mama made pancakes with white cream and sugar. They floated in the mouth.Let's start from :
Creps in caramelized greens with carmel sauce and peppers.
Ingredients: time : 30min service : 2
1 cup of wheat flour
2/3 cup cold milk
2/3 cup cold water
3 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Place all ingredients in the food procesor bowl and mix on a smooth paste (or mix with whisk). Put in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes (pancakes will be more delicate).
Heat up a good non-stick frying pan. Grease with butter. Pour a small portion of the dough into the pan and fry the pancakes, on both sides, to lightly browned.
Place the pancakes on top of each other, cover. You can store in the refrigerator for 2 days or freeze for a few weeks.
How to make grapefruit caramel :
Add two teaspoons of brown sugar to the pan and add sugar to the end. Pour a half cup of grapefruit juice and chilli peper. Once the mass is ready, fold the creps and roll over the beef with the syrup of grapefruit.
